Yoga Teacher

Puje works at the interface of movement, breath, regeneration and inner balance.

With her 500-hour training in hatha yoga, meditation and pranayama, she combines in-depth knowledge of the body, breath and nervous system with a holistic approach.

Puje's work combines Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga with breathing techniques, sound healing and ceremonial elements. She attaches particular importance to anatomically precise alignment and a sustainable practice that strengthens the body and supports it in the long term.

For Puje, yoga does not stand for perfection on the outside, but for resilience, stability, presence and the conscious connection with one's inner core — qualities that are becoming increasingly important, especially in a demanding everyday life.

She teaches in Zurich, including Yoga in a Bag in Altstetten and Albisrieden, and is inspired by nature and its rhythms in her work.
