Strong me, strong us.

For long-term, responsible thinking and acting.

In an inspiring setting on the «Schloss Freudenfels» campus, the Liechtenstein Academy shares knowledge and ability to understand an increasingly complex world and to act responsibly over the long term.

A holistic perspective.

As an educational institution, we focus on individual, family, entrepreneurial and social issues.

Founded more than 25 years ago as a foundation by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have built up, thanks to many years of cooperation with selected experts, comprehensive knowledge in the areas of personality development, family governance and sustainability. It is always about capturing and understanding connections. About behavior and action.

« With the Liechtenstein Academy, we support you in assuming responsibility within the family, the company and society and in making suitable decisions. Our family, the Princely House of Liechtenstein, has also been dealing with these important issues for a long time. »

The successful LGT-Curriculum.

The origin of our educational offer – developed to strengthen teams and leaders.

The approach taken by the House of Liechtenstein when the Liechtenstein Academy was founded over 25 years ago was: to sustainably unite and strengthen different cultures within the private bank LGT.

LGT’s success is built on various foundations. One of them: today’s LGT-Curriculum. Continuously developed in cooperation with established experts, it accompanies employees, teams and executives effectively over the years, makes them stronger and thereby their company sustainably better.

« The contribution of each individual is decisive for the overall success. As a company that operates sustainably, it is our goal to develop our employees both professionally and personally. »
