What inspires her?

Early morning meditation, road bike tours with altitude gains at lunchtime, and culinary highlights in the evening. Above all, however, she is inspired by accompanying people in challenging phases of life – back to inner stability and their own resources.

A healthy lifestyle is essential for her. What drives her is her focus on the moment: acting consciously – and doing fewer things at once.
