Putting people with their values and needs at the centre is Beat Büschlen's top priority both in leading people and in designing educational programmes.
He is particularly enthusiastic about coaching young leaders and accompanying his fellow human beings in different life situations. After training as a carpenter, he decided to study theology and managed a non-profit organisation for several years.
