Stahlberg

Rowing expert, Olympic participant 2012 & 2016

"Performance begins in the mind & in the heart."

Nico Stahlberg has always been fascinated by the element of water and the seemingly weightless gliding of a boat. At the age of 11, he discovered his passion for rowing. This passion led to an U23 World Championship title in the quadruple sculls as well as two Olympic participations in the team boat at the Games in London 2012 and Rio de Janeiro 2016. In the single sculls, Nico was crowned overall World Cup winner in 2017. He then switched to sailing, where he competed as a member of the Powergroup with the Alinghi Red Bull Racing Team at the 37th America's Cup in Barcelona. Today, he likes to pass on his experience on the water or in workshops.
