Content.

Transformation is a process of a targeted reorganization of the foundational structure of a company. It redefines itself and its relations to its environment. The reorganization applies to strategy and business model but also to business processes. Our seminar teaches transformation as an interaction between leadership and organization with focus on individual support on transformation.

This first 90 minutes online session is free and without commitment. It allows for a valuable analysis of your own leadership as well as organizational challenges that require answers. The session helps leaders to reflect, recognizing opportunities and whether they want to join this seminar or not.

In times of uncertainty, how can I as a leader satisfy stakeholders such as owners, supervisory boards, executives, employees, and so on?

Authenticity and optimism: which role do I as a leader play during transformation? How do I stay authentic and optimistic? What is my position on transformation? What are my personal doubts, worries and needs?

What are my experiences so far? How am i doing? Which points did I miss so far? What would I like to analyze further? What do I expect from the other participants and experts going forward? What are my contributions to the group in the second workshop?

Culture.How can we strengthen our corporate culture during transformation?

Interaction between leadership and organization: impulses for sustainable development of corporate cultures during transformations.

Organization: Status and perspective. How does corporate culture influence transformation? Where do we stand now? What new course of action can ensure transformation while positively changing corporate culture in the future?

Leadership: Sphere of activity and next steps. What do I as a leader have to do and exemplify to promote transformation?
