Many years of experience in the field of sustainable finance and corporate sustainability as well as analyst and consultant for various ESG rating providers.

Claudia Fallmann has been working as a consultant at BHP since 2020. She focuses on medium-sized and listed companies. Claudia Fallmann accompanies companies starting with the development of sustainability strategies up to reporting as well as on the mostly long-term sustainability journey. Her tasks include strategic topics such as sustainability integration and organizations within the company, thematic developments such as CO2 reduction, the promotion of the circular economy, but also reporting according to e.g. GRI, TCFD, UNGC and other reporting frameworks.

Claudia Fallmann found her way to the topic of sustainability during her diploma studies in "International Development" at the University of Vienna and the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. As part of her diploma thesis, she dealt with the intersection between corporate responsibility and human rights using the example of the indigenous population at the Belo Monte hydropower plant in Brazil. In addition, Claudia Fallmann studied Slavic Studies in Vienna and Nizhny Novgorod, Russia and holds a diploma on the Circular Economy from UC Berkeley.

She gained many years of experience in the field of sustainable finance and corporate sustainability as an analyst and consultant for various ESG rating providers and in consulting in and outside Switzerland.
